LAPD West Valley Division is looking for dedicated young men and women for the next Cadet Academy on January 19th

The LAPD West Valley Division is looking for hardworking dedicated young men and women between the ages of 13-20 to join the LAPD Cadet Program. The LAPD Cadet Program consists of young people from various walks of life and parts of the city who strive to become better citizens within their community. During the 18 week Cadet Academy, Cadet Recruits will attend the prestigious Ahmanson Recruit Training Center where they will partake in in-depth classes taught by Police Officers or guest speakers who will teach the importance of character, health, integrity, citizenship, the importance of education, job interview skills all while participating in various physical fitness programs. LAPD Cadets have been seen at all major city events from color guards at sporting events to escorting the Space Shuttle Endeavour. Are you ready for the challenge to become part of the LAPD Family?
