Clay McFarland, former Lake Balboa Neighborhood Council Board Member, passed away on March 13th, earlier this month.
Many of you will remember Clay as a conscientious man with a strong sense of humor. He served this community in many capacities; professionally, as a local realtor for much of his career, and also personally. Clay served as LBNC President, Vice President, and Treasurer before eventually retiring for health reasons. He always worked to maintain a high standard of professionalism, which still shows in the board today.
Clay's work lives on in Lake Balboa, and we will remember him with respect and fondness.
Clay was indeed a very special person and also a very dear friend. Thank you for sharing his passing with the Lake Balboa community.
James Huntington
