Hi, Everybody: There will be NO LBNC EP Meeting this month due to the CERT 30th Anniversary Conference in Los Angeles September 8, 9, and 10 at the Sheraton Universal. We'll resume our meetings on Saturday, October 8th, the Saturdayafter the 9th Annual Disaster Preparedness Fair on Saturday, October 1st! The Fair will be held from 10:00 am to 2:00 pmbehind Fire Station 87, 10124 Balboa Blvd. (just south of Devonshire) in Granada Hills.
Be sure to register for the Fair at www.ValleyDisasterFair.com.. You'll receive an emailed Voucher to any Pre-Registered Check-in Line station for a quick scan. We think we have all the bugs worked out of registration this year, and it should be a breeze! 😉
Remember that EVERYTHING IS FREE AT THE FAIR! Plenty of FREE PARKING behind the shopping center on the southeast corner of Devonshire and Balboa -- entrance to the Fair through the block wall gate south of the shopping center). FREE ADMISSION!
