The Notice of Preparation (NOP) and Initial Study for the Housing Element Environmental Impact Report (EIR) are now available online. These documents are being prepared by Los Angeles City Planning as part of the Plan to House LA. Additionally, the NOP provides notice of two upcoming Public Scoping webinars:
1/26 – 5:15pm – 6:30pm Webinar ID: 733-042-203
