Metro is currently planning housing near Balboa Station and is seeking input from the community on the architectural design, services, community spaces, and other project considerations. Metro is hosting virtual community meetings to learn about its future housing sites near Balboa Station. The Balboa Station is in the City of Los Angeles neighborhood of Lake Balboa and neighbors Encino Village. The site operates currently as a Park and Ride station for Metro's G Line and provides convenient parking for riders. The site is located next to the Sepulveda Basin/Lake Balboa Park. The site totals 2.3 acres.
