Due to anticipated heavy rain over the next few hours and local flooding in the area, road & pedestrian access through the Sepulveda Basin Recreational Area is closed. The following streets are affected: Burbank Boulevard East of Balboa to the 405 Freeway, Woodley Ave S/bound from Victory Boulevard, and access to Lake Balboa Park (off Balboa Boulevard) is restricted to pedestrian traffic. The closure will remain in effect until further notice.
